As Founder of Solutelia, LLC since August, 2003, Mohssen Davari has firmly established Solutelia as cutting edge global leaders within the ever evolving wireless telecommunications and technology industry.   

 

In 2013, he lead the launch of the cutting-edge WINd® (Wireless Intelligence on demand) software technology solution.  Since that time, he and his team of Developers and RF Engineers have continued to adapted to and modernized how RF network testing and monitor occurs within the growing world of smart phones, tablets, and devices.  As a disruptive Technology for Network Testing and Analyzing, WINd® offers multiple Voice and Data testing sequentially in real time and remotely via cloud anytime, anywhere.

 

With the emergence of 5G, CBRS, NB-IoT, and the ongoing directives to improve connectivity and communications for first responders, he and his team are once again taken up the challenge and proving their ability to anticipate and lead the way in meeting the testing challenges associated with implementing and maintaining the new capabilities that are being realized through this new wireless technology.  Recognizing a chief responsibility of a CEO is to understand the drivers for their company, the industry clients and customers, he has empowered his staff with the vision to Challenge and change the status quo through pioneering, inventive, and automation solutions for not just new evolving wireless sectors but for those wireless sectors that have been lagging for so long.

 

As a professional in the wireless and telecommunications for over 30 years with both domestic and international experience, he has honed his leadership skills to inspire and influence others.  Utilizing the depth and breadth of his industry experience (beginning February, 1989 as an RF Engineer with ComSearch) and education (Masters in Telecommunication Engineering from The John Hopkins University) and that of his talented team, he has proven his capability to recognize the needs of Solutelia’s clients and conceptualize with timely solutions that effectively and efficiently address those needs and desired results.

As the Vice President of Global Business Strategy, Nikhil is responsible for driving business development and marketing strategies for Solutelia.

Nikhil has worked with the company for over 13 years in various capacities including Director of RF Field Operations, Sr. Manager Field Operations, Sr. RF Design Engineer, and Engineering Account Manager.

 

In his role as Sr. RF Design Engineer, Nikhil designed AT&T’s first 4G LTE network in Virginia for Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, Norfolk, Newport News, Hamptons, and Richmond. In addition, he oversaw statewide network expansion initiatives in VA/WV including several engineers in US and Mexico based vendor teams.

 

Nikhil has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Electrical & Telecommunications Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia.

Keith Sach

Sr. Vice President

As Senior Vice President, Keith is responsible for Management Operations, Finance, MIS, Human Resources and Customer Delivery for the entire company.

 

 

He has served as VP of Operations, Director of Engineering, SR RF Engineering Manager and SR RF Engineer consultant.

 

Keith spent nine years with US Cellular in the wireless telecommunications industry, and has experience in various positions including RF Engineering design and optimization of Analog, TDMA, CDMA and 1XRTT networks, Field engineering on wireless networks and Bench level repair of wireless handsets.

 

Keith has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and also served for 12 years with the United States Air Force on Nuclear Weapons Systems, culminating as supervisor of plans and scheduling section for the 44th Strategic Missile Wing.
